Have a quiet think. Let it be a guiding lesson for you

Whatever regretful comments you may have made in your life, whatever actions you wish you could take back, let your benchmark for the lowest of the low be using the deaths of 15 people for the relaunch of your political career

This is the correct question
There were cops present, watching & listening to the nazis as they broke laws around hate speech & inciting hate. Were they instructed not to intervene .... with bats, pepper spray & arrests .... like they do with climate change or anti genocide protesters??
What instructions were they given ??

We’ve long glorified the “heroic” leader — decisive, commanding.

But in a fragile world heroism often blinds us to humility & collaboration.

The new leaders aren’t heroes. They’re hosts — convening, listening & connecting across divides.

Are we leading for the world we have.. or the world we had?

Many leaders today are still relying on 20th-century leadership playbooks—command & control styles, rigid hierarchies, & decision-making driven by short-term gains. But in an era constant disruption, those approaches are holding us back.

🛑 Why is leadership under fire? 🛑

Trust in leadership is crumbling. Institutions, governments, and corporations are facing mounting skepticism. Is it because they failed to authentically tackle societal challenges?

It’s time to rethink leadership.

The world is shifting at an unprecedented pace. Old systems are cracking, uncertainty is rising, and the leadership playbook we once relied on no longer works

💡 "Confronting the Storm" isn’t just about navigating turbulence—it’s about embracing transformation.

"Seismic and turbulent change is already here. Yet, I see leaders, organizations, and communities still calling on old ways of thinking, doing, and being."

The world has changed—but have we?

Not all problems have clear solutions. Some like climate change are wicked. These problems cannot be “solved”—they must be managed, adapted to, & continuously worked on. Yet too many leaders are trained for linear problem-solving rather than systemic, adaptive leadership.

The world has entered an age of VUCA—volatile, uncertain, complex, & ambiguous. It's leaving businesses brittle.

Traditional leadership playbooks no longer work. Successful leaders aren’t those with all the answers—they’re the ones who can navigate uncertainty with agility & courage.
