It is sad that Ben Wallace had to travel for 11 hours on a luxury train. Meanwhile, my mom had to spend 40 hours in a packed minibus without sleep, escaping from the occupied East via Russia → Latvia → Poland; perhaps she could give Ben some tips on how he could emotionally recover.

“Sometimes you are asking countries to give up their own stocks” of weapons, he said, adding tha making repeated demands from the west could risk alienating some key constituencies. “Sometimes you have to persuade lawmakers on the [Capitol] Hill in America,” he added.

Christopher Miller spent years contributing to creating an availability bias that was established by Russian propaganda and contorted Ukraine’s international image, which inhibited support and averted the focus form Russia’s fascism.
His book is titled “The War Came to Us” but he helped its arrival.
