This really resonates with me. I’ve definitely turned to quick snacks during stressful times. I’m working on making better choices and would love to learn more about foods that help rather than hurt. Thanks for sharing this! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

As a future healthcare professional, I’ll talk to people about simple ways to eat better, like drinking more water, eating more fruits and veggies, and cutting back on sugar. I’ll support healthy food options and help patients connect with dietitians when needed. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I really relate to this. When life gets overwhelming, I often forget to eat or just grab whatever’s fastest, even if it’s not the healthiest. Having simple, feel-good meal ideas ready makes a big difference in how I feel and function throughout the day. Thanks for sharing! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

One thing I would look for in any nutrition post is whether it was written by an RD or it’s from a credible health organization with legit sources like if it’s scientific proved or peer-reviewed. If it don’t have have any of this then I’m not trusting it. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This resonates with me a lot. When I feel stressed or judged about food, it makes decisions harder. Instead of focusing on what’s best for me, I end up making quick choices based on pressure or guilt, which doesn’t help me eat better or feel good about my decisions @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
We talk about what to eat, but less about how we think about it. The stress, judgement & fear around food choices aren’t just exhausting—they make eating decisions harder. We don't think as clearly. We default to habits & jump to conclusions... That’s probably not helping anyone eat better.

Tom’s story shows that weight loss isn’t about cutting out food completely but about consistency and finding what works for you. Tom focused on potion control and sticking to a routine, even with Chick-fil-A. I’ll advise create realistic plans and habits, not perfection @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I like this because It’s easy to assume that organic food is always healthier, but it’s really about how it’s grown rather than being more nutritious. Understanding what “organic” truly means can help make better choices. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This week, I learned that fat shaming doesn’t motivate people to lose weight, it actually makes their health outcomes worse .e.g. them gaining more weight and making their health even poorer. Moving forward, I’ll be more mindful and support people without judging them. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I relate to the barrier “lack of time to plan, shop, prepare and cook healthy food.” Finding time to cook healthy meals is really hard with my busy schedule. Between school and work, I often just grab fast food or snacks because it’s quicker @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I found this biotin package label and it’s says 10,000 mcg per serving/pill which is crazy because the daily recommended dose is only about 30 to 100 mcg per day. This is way more than needed and this shows how easy it is to overdo supplements @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hello erimar, I totally agree with your post. For me the 24 hour food recall wasn’t hard but I also noticed that I snack A LOT.Before doing this, I thought I was doing really well with my eating habits, but seeing it on paper was a different story and eye-opening for sure @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
The 24 hour food recall was a bit challenging (it was on a school day/distracting) but nothing hard. The only surprise I noticed was my snacking. I eat a lot of little snacks and I never noticed before but everything else was expected since all my meals are from home. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I did my 24-hour food recall, and I think it was pretty accurate since I’ve done something like this before. It was easy, but I realized I snack A LOT and really only eat one real meal a day.I thought I was eating well but seeing it on paper was different story, lol @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
