This graphic is such a great reminder—especially during finals week! Going to bed before 10pm can seriously boost energy, focus, and mood when we need it most. Better sleep = better performance. Prioritize rest like you prioritize studying! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

During finals, I rely on quick, energizing meals like veggie stir-fry with rice, chicken wraps with hummus, and scrambled eggs with toast and avocado. I prep pasta with spinach and tomatoes for easy leftovers. Simple, filling meals keep me going without slowing me down. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Exactly! It’s all about context—yes, fruit has natural sugar, but it comes packaged with fiber and essential nutrients that support overall health. It’s totally different from added sugars in ultra-processed foods. And agreed—ice cream has its place too. Balance is key. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
"Omg fruit is full of sugar and so bad for you!" Have you considered that it's also full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber? And a fun fact is that our bodies need these nutrients so no, it's not the same as eating something like ice cream. Not that anything is wrong with ice cream.

Tom’s story showed me that weight loss doesn’t have to follow a perfect or traditional plan. His consistent approach with something that worked for him reinforces how important sustainability and individualization are when supporting clients in making lasting behavior changes. @beh353.bsky.social

This article does a great job highlighting how even moderate changes in diet—like reducing ultra-processed foods by half—can lead to meaningful health improvements. It's encouraging to see how small, realistic steps can make a big difference without requiring an extreme overhaul. @beh353.bsky.social

One that definitely resonates with me is the "Lack of time to plan, shop, prepare and cook healthy foods." It's hard to find the time to grocery shop and cook something healthy. It's unfortunately easier to order takeout instead of taking time out to prepare a meal. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
