Hi Macaylan, I totally relate! It’s so hard to find the time and energy to plan, shop, and cook healthy meals with our busy schedule. So I end up grabbing whatever’s around, too. It’s definitely a challenge. But i have found that meal prep on the weekends, sometimes helps @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
