I'm about to be 60 years old. It feels really weird. It's just a number, right? The big difference is that this time around after I got laid off (a couple of months ago) I won't ever find another job in my field, and joints tend to do the snap/crackle/pop thing when I stand up. Retired and cranky! 😆

Hi from Paris. I’m supposed to be heading back to the US on the 24th. We’ll see if I can get back in the country. Fingers crossed the US isn’t blowing up. I can think of worse places to take up temporary residency if the worst does happen.
