I'm loaded with either the flu or COVID and feel rotten. Had to forget any plans for going out over next few days.
But I felt up to starting some DIY. Ripped out the old wardrobe and stuck old glass doors in the loft. Now I'm knackered and my bedroom is a riot. Oops

So it seems my brother has started sinking into the shittier side of the internet. Tiktok and twitter have introduced him to the likes of Andrew Tate, reform, Trump, etc.
He's never been that bright and is incapable of critically assessing the information he sees.

I have a problem with my chest. I've quit smoking but using a vape. The vape is clearly irritating my lungs but I can't give it up.
My mental health is shocking just now. My bad chest is making it worse but I can't give up the vape while my mental health is bad.
Fuck.
