I met a fan after my show with a DJ in Brazil who said that she would love to see me perform with a band. I told her if she was ever in an American city that I was in with my band, I would put her on the list. She said no thank you. She explained that she is scared to come to America because of ICE.

I spent the last month being a performer in a project where, in this "fictitious" future dystopia, art has been banned and the mention of the word elicits the henchmen of the "Leader" to come "stomp" and "boot" us. It was intense enough where at some point a patron had to leave momentarily.

Eg…if someone takes a picture of me and I end up seeing it there is a 100% chance I’ll be depressed for the rest of the day

Does anyone have any info on why Waymo was utilized the way they were during the weekend events (ie being summoned and then set on fire)? Are they LAPD-backed? Or does it just have to do with them being self-driving cars?

It is a valuable piece of art.
