VERMONT: Pepper is still at the shelter. 💔 There is no risk of him being euthanized, he's just very sad and lonely. I found out why he was returned and it was 100% not his fault. He has no behavioral or litter box issues. He's just a lovely little man and someone will be SO lucky to adopt him.
☹️ Pepper got returned to the shelter. When he first came in last year he was the scrungliest stray but so sweet. He looked like he was 3x his actual age. He got adopted a couple months ago and I don’t know why he was returned but he is just the nicest gentleman. www.hsccvt.org/Cats#sl_embe...
