This is bull. The 72 shots on the right does not take advantage of combination vaccines while the one on the left does (Infanrix Penta/Pentacel). This is straight from Children's Health Defense which we can only assume Trump aligns with 100%.

Texas updates #measles counts, up to 159 as of March 4, 22 hospitalized. They also note child who passed was "not vaccinated and had no known underlying conditions." This is important because antivaxxers have made lots of claims otherwise, circulating on social media.
