RiverSky condo at the New Westminster Quay... Seller has been trying to sell since Sept and has reduced the price further to $445K after failing to sell at $514,900 then $479,900.

Seller bought the unit in May of 2022 for $630K. If they get their price, they'd realize a loss of over $200K!

It's now listed for $1,199,900 and it's been on the market for a year now.

This Langley court-ordered sale 2 BR condo was built in 2024 and the buyer paid $713,895 (after GST - $679,900 before tax).

It's been listed since November 2024 and is now priced at $534,900.

This downtown condo, on the North end of the Burrard bridge is re-listed once again this summer.

Seller bought it for $735K in Aug 2021.
Re-listed for $699,900 in June 2025..
No takers, re-listed for $669,900 earlier this month..
I guess not enough interest, so re-listed again for $599,900

Yep. And the more you look at that guilty-as-hell post he made about the Epstein files, the more you have to think he knows something about his relationship with Epstein is about to drop. Like he’s been called for comment about something. Pure panic.

I sent off a yellow flare on the housing market in a post a couple of weeks ago, but I now think a red flare is more appropriate. Home sales, homebuilding, and even house prices are set to slump unless mortgage rates decline materially from their current near 7% soon. That, however, seems unlikely.

Bloomberg is reporting that Trump plans to *keep* the USMCA exemption in place, even on this new 35%. So that dampens the effect substantially. Alert just sent:

Trump just posted a letter to Truth Social saying he’s imposing a 35% tariff on goods coming from Canada and if Canada retaliates the number will go up.

Starting August 1, of course, leaving plenty of time for tacos.
