it was a slim win in the popular vote. almost as many americans voted against him as they did vote for him. the people who tried their best to stop this deserve the best from us. they don't deserve to be left to suffer because a bad guy won a popular vote.

this “practice self-care” mindset is a short sighted one that doesn’t work to actually solve any problems politically we face and it’s a mindset we need to move beyond if we want to change the world

the real issue here is that young men, on average, lean significantly further right. this isn't an issue with tiktok. It's an issue with young men feeling entitled to a sense of privilege they feel they are losing.
