Decentralization in the US is sometimes a problem.
When you need a medical service (imaging, labs, etc.) but your med provider has contracted services to a 3rd party, you then have to register your info with that 3rd party.
Why can't your data stay w/ your doctor? Why do you enter it EVERYWHERE?
