Interesting sentiment from the only Dem who voted to confirm Kushner.

That, in my opinion, is showing love for the wrong people.

What do you think you know that your Democratic colleagues do not?

And then, @booker.senate.gov, please remove yourself.

Your charade on the floor worked too fool people. And then you turned around and did this. The only Dem.

What do you know that your Dem colleagues do not?

I'll just leave these here

TLDR: When people become uninsured and don't use health services until they are very ill. And may not have income to pay for it. When they do, the $$ disproportionately affects them over their insured counterparts, and typically, the fed gov't subsidizes the bill anyway.

I think the medical term is ASPD now, but essentially, yes, you are correct.

Q) Why were you the only Dem to vote for this confirmation? A No vote from you would not have caused the nomination to fail.
So what did your Yes vote symbolize to the Right? More importantly, what was the trade-off for you to publicly vote Yes?

And yet, so many of them induce this feeling...

What was contained in the nomination for C. Kushner?
If you voted Y just to get him out of the US, say that. If you truly believe he is the right person for the role, say that.
Because your support appears to be dropping faster than a concrete balloon and isn't reelection right around the corner?

In case Sen. Booker's constituents need something to ask him about.

Take a look at the Yes votes. Who's that Dem?
June 7, 2025 at 11:22 AM
Sen. Booker,
Why are you the only Dem who voted to confirm Charles Kushner?
What do you know that your fellow Dems don't know?
Is it a promise? Power? Reelection?
More importantly, a Nay vote from you would not have tanked the nomination. If you were truly opposed, you could have voted against it.

Correct!

While tax revenue will obviously vary from state to state, here are a few examples of the $$$ legalizing it could legitimately bring into their state.

Just in case anyone had doubts, this was on a UK site and refers to orders shipped to the US.
