Remember when 47 threatened GOP senators not to pass the Secure The Border Act (H.R. 2) so that he could run on the immigration issue? Conservatives got virtually everything they wanted in the bill, but they bowed to 47. The entire GOP own the actions of ICE and CBP; and lack of due process.
