we’re writing docs to make this easy to understand, but for people who don’t care about servers or federation or whatever else, it’s also no problem — your fundamental experience of the app/protocol will not change! the technical stuff should just Work, and user experience should be easy

Pays to have status, Diamond Elite + Ambassador = free upgrade to the best room at the InterContinental Sofia. Honestly have enjoyed this work trip to Bulgaria. Definitely coming back in summer sometime to enjoy the Black Sea.
