Nope. This is one of the original LRVs for the blue line repurposed as a test train. Metro Transit has already put the new Siemens LRVs for SWLRT in revenue service so they outnumber the older bombardiers at this point.

Around 3pm they turned on the overhead wires and operated the train under its own power for the first time! So cool to see the letter boards light up and the bell of the bombardier ring at Southwest Station.

The program gives out up to $50,000 grants to artists to fill an otherwise vacant space. The program started with a $250k budget and has been expanded to more than $1 million in the next.
