Nearly 8 am… I have breakfasted! Second laundry load is almost done. Groceries have been delivered and put away, apart from the bits I need to batch-make cottage pie.

Woke up at 03:50, which felt relatively good? I am not enjoying this extended period of sleep disruption, it’s fucking up my perception of normal and acceptable.
OTOH, I caught the train two before my “usual”, so at least I’ll get to finish my hours by 14:30.

Survived the commute and a day in the office. Eyes are so tired they’re on strike and regusing to focus. But if I go to sleep now 19:35) then I’ll likely wake up at 02:30-03:00 (i.e. 7 hrs sleep), which is TOO GODDAMN EARLY!

Terrible night last night. Maybe 3hrs sleep, then awake, then another 2-3 hours. Woke up feeling headachy & sick. Got up at 4:30. Since then I have stripped a bed, put on a laundry load, cleaned the loo and bathroom sink, and brushed the stairs. Now taking a break before trying the charity shop run.
