Laundry has been hung up to dry. Cottage pie mix is done (just need to portion up & top them). Gluten-free food options identified for tomorrow’s visitor. Prescrption has been collected for Spouse. Now to fill the pill organiser, then a drink & headache tablets & a sit-down.

Ok beef has now been sliced /portioned up into at least 3 meals for the pair of us.
Granola is baking on the air fryer.
Just need to work out what’s for dinner. Might bake rice & beans in the oven as a low-effort one pan thing…

But that is the correct way to cook! Follow the recipe once so you know the default option, then endlessly tweak it to taste/available ingredients/dietary restrictions!
