Mediterranean. The offshore patrol ship Furor will depart from Cartagena ready to assist/rescue flotilla boats carrying aid. Spain...rallied 17 countries behind a joint warning that any attack on the flotilla will bring accountability before int'l courts. Italy has also sent a frigate to the area.
