"we win by surviving" - I was doubtful of this when she said it but I now realise that it's true. trans people are still here, trans people are still coming out. they could literally kill us all, but more trans people will come into the world.

Following yesterday's Supreme Court ruling, I wrote to my MP. I'm not the best at conveying the nuances, as a cis man, but I needed to get my views to her as soon as possible. Trans rights are human rights 🏳️⚧️

One “side” are popping champagne corks having lost nothing and risked nothing.
The other “side” have seen 21 years of legal precedent swept away and spent the day being threatened with the removal of further rights which have nothing to do with the ruling by the police and EHRC.
