Water in Raccoon R. set new high with nitrates over 23 ppm. Central Iowa Water Works requesting to not water lawns until the denitrification process can catch up to more easily ensure that water going to consumers will stay under the EPA regulated limit of 10 ppm. #TomorrowTogether #IowaStrong
