Bet365 CEO Denise Coates paid herself £277,000,000 this year, and £410,000,000 in 2020.

This was more than 20,000x the Minimum Wage that she paid most of her workers.

The betting industry needs to be taxed, heavily.

Michelle Mone is such a moron, she says we do not have the money.

Then admits that her, her husband and their children do in fact have all the money.

Time to take it all back.

With 35 accredited employers already uplifting over 4,200 workers, the goal is to double that impact and a new grant scheme is helping local SMEs get accredited.

We’ve been banned from Reform Party events for two years now. Why does Nigel Farage lie to Congress about this? @bylinetimes.bsky.social @josiah.writes.news
Democrat @raskin.house.gov excoriates Nigel Farage for banning journalists from Reform UK events:

"I'm asking you a direct question. Why do you ban journalists who oppose your views from coming to your events? Why did you tell local government not to do interviews with your local newspaper?"

Until 1979 when Margaret Thatcher took over, Water, Energy, Rail and Mail were some of the cheapest and best run services in the entire world.

Then suddenly she said we can't afford them because she wanted to privatise them and they began to fail.

What a strange coincidence.

He absolutely wiped the floor with Amol Rajan on child poverty in the UK atm—No spin, just pure moral clarity and data so sharp and harrowing it should’ve come with a warning

It will probably come as no surprise to anyone that Brexit has been slammed as a 'complete disaster' that 'ruined most of the country' in a poll marking nine years since the UK voted to leave the EU

Brexit a 'disaster' that 'ruined the country' - referendum 'should be repeated'
On the ninth anniversary of the day the UK voted to leave the EU, we asked readers to have their say on whether Brexit has been a success - and Mirror readers had a lot to say on the matter.

Crazy that we hear about Train Drivers who get £60,000 a year for driving a train.

But we never hear about the boss of Tesco who gets £30,000 a day and doesn't even pay tax in the UK.

Or the £250m a day that the likes of Amazon, Vodafone, BP and Shell don't pay in tax.

For every £1 the government spends investigating the tax affairs of the super rich, they've recovered £14 in taxes they were owed.

It's time to invest in holding the wealthy to account, and end the super rich's robbery.

Coal mining died out because it was no longer an economical business.

Reform UK will hopefully die out because Farage is a crook.
re-opening coal mines and dead cold blast furnaces. Both easy to say, but very hard and expensive to do.
He may as well bring back Asbestos insulation and leaded petrol too.
This is populist crap that is nigh on impossible to do.

Same with Energy, Housing and everything else.
