They/them. An ace, agender, autistic fren-shaped person. Owned by three cats. And a Roomba with googly eyes. I'll post pictures eventually.
...I'm apparently in a Mood on Social Media Again.

Fuck them anyway. I hope they've had multiple divorces and their kids hate them.

Oh thank fuck you're reacting that way to it XD.

Also @ingloriousgigi.bsky.social, who writes a variety of things but their MM plus-size romance More to Love made me want more. 12/12 until I remember even more authors I've forgotten...

I have, actually, and I do completely understand. (More so for the people than the terrain; the terrain never seemed as spooky as the coastal rainforests).

YUP. Forgot someone. Alistair Reeves (dunno if they're on BSky) wrote a Hex for Hunger, with a trans male MC. Somehow both very dark and very cozy at the same time. 11/11 until I remember more books.

Last but not least (unless I've forgotten someone, which I probably have) is @iris-foxglove.bsky.social, who writes (mostly) MM erotic fantasy with some absolutely fantastic trans characters. Specifically their books Summer of the Wanderer and Knight of Staria feature trans MCs. 10/10

@dnbryn.bsky.social is trans and writes great fantasy and romance books with trans MCs, including Odder Still and Cinder. I read Cinder recently; it was yet another great example of trans joy that really came through on the page. 9/?

@trudieskies.readindiefantasy.com has trans side characters in their Cruel Gods gaslamp fantasy. If you're an atheist, you'll love this one! The series is very, very British, and I love that about it. 8/?

@deetheredwitch.bsky.social wrote Saltbrook, which is horror with an ace protagonist. I really loved this book, although started to wonder why almost all trans horror was set in Eastern Washington... 7/?

@itsviviactually.bsky.social writes the Amelia Temple series, which is YA horror but trust me it's better than your average adult horror books, as well as Shadows over Ravenkirk which I have but haven't read yet because the semester has been eating me. 6/?

@authorkaraj.bsky.social is trans and writes historical fantasy; her Kinship and Kindness series starts with a book with a trans male MC; the Reanimator's Remains series includes a (free!) novella with a trans woman MC. 5/?

Jessica (now Abra) Conwell @pairofclaws.bsky.social writes urban fantasy/horror; Ghost Flower is horror; Three Sharp Knives has less spec fic elements and is more of a romance than Ghost Flower. Both will rip your still-beating heart from your body and stomp on it. 4/?

@danifinnwrites.bsky.social leans more toward regular fantasy and/or romance and has several trans characters in their various series, but the book they wrote with the most trans joy is a romance with fantasy elements called the World within. Magical sex toys FTW! 3/?

For urban fantasy, @poopraven.bsky.social . There's a trans side character in their main series, Inheritance, but they character unfortunately is not actually out as being trans in the series yet. Still, dedicated readers know and love this character :). 2/?
