I know nobody should be surprised but it's just stunning how unmoored the court is from any kind of legal analysis. Sotomayor's dissent is self-evident and indisputable. But it doesn't matter because these justices are not interpreting the law, they're advancing a reactionary agenda.

Hakeem, screw the "decorum". When someone breaks into your house and harms your family, do worry about being "polite". The Republicans have been asked nicely enough times. We have tried to reason with them. I am over being "nice" and respecting decorum. Too much damage is being done & too quickly.

Democracy is burning, and we need sites like Bluesky more than ever. And Senator Durbin wants to repeal 230, which would massively stifle the ability of sites like Bluesky to exist, while massively empowering X and Meta.
