As guitarist Adam Walsh tells T+D, "there is a great scene in Cork at the moment; Pebbledash and The Cliffords are really good, so are Mossy. There’s so many great bands in Cork actually, you couldn’t count them on two hands.”
Add to that his new band, the Cutouts.

Will definitely be passing this on to family members who have been left stranded multiple times by #Cork's terrible #bus service.
Fair play Sasha Mitichkin. He built No-Show Bus Cork in 24 hours. It’s up and running, unlike some of city’s buses!

One of T+D's most read and most commented on pieces is a review of €670k sculpture trail unveiled in Cork city last year. Public art can and is great, but no matter how you spin it Island City can be best summed up in one very internet word: meh

Is Cork's €670k Urban Sculpture Trail a load of 'ArtBollocks'?
3 out of the 5 Island City public art pieces have been installed in the city centre as part of the Fáilte Ireland-funded initiative, supported by Cork City Council. Pádraig O’Connor takes a look.
