1.Water can make Pepper Spray worse (Capsaicin is oily). Use milk or liquid antacid and water. Don't wear contact lenses but DO wear goggles if you have them. 2.If you get tear gassed, when you get home, put the contaminated clothes in a plastic bag for washing later if you can't toss them in immediately. Take a COLD shower, not warm/hot so you don't open up your pores. 3. Go with a group of friends or allies and don't get separated. Avoid leaving the crowd area and watch out for police snatch squads. 4. Authorities are very good at combing through pictures and doxing people. Wear a mask and goggles. 5. Write any necessary phone numbers you may need directly on your skin with a Sharpie. 6. Coordinate with offsite friends and have an emergency plan if one of you are not heard from by X time. 7. If you plan on going to jail, plan it. Bail, lawyer, time off from work, witnesses and support. Don't just go to jail without training. 8. Make sure all mobile devices are charged. 9. Beware of folks trying to get you to destroy property. They can sometimes be undercover police/feds. Get to know the crowd first. Do not do anything you are not comfortable with. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

UnitedHealthcare did what now?!?!?🧐😳
Trigger warning! I was drugged and raped in my home by an acquaintance. I drove myself to the ER at 9pm the following day, after debating for hours. I walked up to the desk, said my name, and told the nurse that I needed a rape kit. I had my sheets, the clothes I had been wearing, and other potential evidence in a paper bag. The woman asked me if l'd prefer she register me as a Jane Doe, "for privacy". I said absolutely not. I was still under my father's health insurance policy, with, guess who? Ding ding, UHC. It took 7 hours before I was discharged. I was alone. I was already so traumatized, that those 7 hours don't feel particularly traumatic in comparison, but I assure you- it was every bit as bad as it looks on SVU. That's not the point. The point, is that two weeks later I received a bill in the mail. Paraphrased, it read: "SEXUAL ASSUALT EXAM- $1200. INSURANCE COVERAGE- DENIED. AMOUNT DUE- $1200" And then another, in two more weeks. And then another. And then they added red font.

I had polio when i was 9. I was taken from my parents & placed in a Hospital for contageous diseases- the polio ward. I would see them once a week - thru the glass window at the end of my ward. I could not walk. It was terrifying. Kids died. Iron lungs were awful. Dont let RFK Jr ban the vaccine
