Putin's 'peace' means plundering Ukraine. Europe must refuse this. We cannot let him win.

"Red lines." The laziest, most cowardly, and most damaging formulation in British politics. That Starmer is hiding behind it tells you all you need to know about the inadequacy of his leadership.

Ed Davey is the only party leader who consistently makes sense
Why is the Prime Minister ignoring his own Chief Economic Advisor, who recommended a Customs Union with the EU to boost growth?

Instead he's choosing to hike taxes in a cost of living crisis.

It is also essential that Government keeps Parliament abreast of plans, so that any eventual vote on military deployment of a "reassurance force" is not a rubber-stamping exercise. 2/2

The US-Russia 28 point "peace" plan was a recipe for Russia to recover, rearm and renew its attacks. The US must be able to hold Russia to commitments that it makes, or else the West should expect further aggression in the future. 1/2

Farage rarely turned up to vote when he was an MEP.

But, he did turn up to vote against the EU’s anti-Russia interference motion.

He said it was a “hoax”.

He voted against strengthening Europe’s defences against foreign interference.

Why?

#Labour have done ZERO about righting the democratic deficits in the UK

No Fair votes

No Lords Election

No Leveson

No meaningful change at the BBC

GBN Propaganda channel continues

What IS the point of #Labour ??

Thank god I supported the #libdems and not a red version of Reform/Tories!

That Chris Mason is a smirking, smug little weasel, even worse than Kuenssberg. The BBC must get its political correspondents out of Reform’s waste bin.

Two more Conservative MP rejects hop over to Reform UK. Jonathan Gullis and Lia Nici.

More and more, Reform UK looks simply as if the Tories ran off stage, then came back on two minutes lates, wearing a comedy moustache-and-glasses disguise. ~AA

The UK minimum wage is for a 37.5 hour week £12.71 per hour.

The equivalent hourly rate for a full UK Old Age Pension is £6.18 per hour.

Just saying.
