In a little over an hour I’m going to land in New York City where I’ll be for 36 hours and tomorrow I’m going to record two (2!!) PROFESSIONAL voice acting demos (commercial and narration).

Things I did for the first time today:
*went to Canada (Niagara on the Lake, a lovely tourist town)
*ate a pastel de nata (a+++ would eat again)
*toured a winery
*had icewine (wine made while the grapes are frozen - v sweet and v tasty)
*watched Thunderbolts (so thoroughly enjoyable!!)

The hubs is out of town for the week. In my head, I went through a list of all the tv I’ve been meaning to watch without him, then decided to rewatch Psych from the beginning. No regrets so far.

To everyone in a similar scenario: the tactic my doctor's office has taught me is to ask, in writing, for:
1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;

Woke up to a lovely bit of snow today. Only about 8 in (20cm) of that fell last night, but what was there wasn’t nearly this aesthetically pleasing.

“Money can’t buy happiness” factoid actually just statistical erorr. Average person’s life would be vastly improved with more money. Elon Musk, who is the richest man in the world and wasting billions on trying to get people to find him funny is an anomaly and should not be counted.
