I am still largely on a social media break (and let me tell you, it is great) but I am here to tell you that I interviewed two devs from @adhocstudio.com about Dispatch.

The game, as you know, is very rad.

I love strength training. It makes me better able to throw Nazis in the bin.
Strength training is political. We have a right-wing which has taken over physical fitness spaces, and hijacked “warrior culture”.

We need a muscular progressivist visions. We need to be strong to build the world we want.

Could do without all the One Piece news hitting on the same day.
One Piece season 2 finally gets an official release date in 2026 on Netflix, and it's sooner than it seems.

The Halo devs are disgusted and angry, meanwhile, Microsoft/Xbo couldn't be bothered at all.

Figured as much.
NEW: I spoke to original Halo devs about that ICE Halo post

One: "abhorrent”

Another: "Using Halo imagery in a call to ‘destroy’ people because of their immigration status goes way too far, and ought to offend every Halo fan, regardless of political orientation”

Gonna be honest with you all: I turned off email notifications while I was working at MCM over the weekend and the impact on my mental health was palpable.

Maybe we werent meant to be contactable all the fucking time. Maybe that is bad for us, actually.

I am, it must be said, a salty bitch.
Never let it be said that Trent isn't petty enough to hold a grudge, as evidenced by the way he's still salty about the rushed, incomplete ending to Dragon Age: The Veilguard. An ending so lame it may have killed the franchise forever.

I have seen the first two episodes of Trigun Stargaze and it is all about the hope. Both as a source of strength and as a destructive force.

Basically, I bloody loved it and can't wait to see more.

Trigun Stargaze feels more in line with the original manga than anything we've seen before and even it nearly sent Vash into space.

It's taken a couple of days to really gather my thoughts on this, but MAPPA destroying Sayo Yamamoto as they have is something I'll never be able to reconcile. She was a brilliant creator who deserved the world, but was ground into paste by The Anime Factory.

I pray for Manabu Otsuka's downfall.
We're probably never going to see another Sayo Yamamoto anime, and that honestly breaks my heart more than I have words to convey. I feel so much anger on her behalf. Fuck MAPPA.
