Been bingeing The Orville, now onto Season 3. Whatever you think of Seth MacFarlane just set it aside, the writing is too good to miss. It's a love letter to Star Trek and ends up being better.

Still sore we didn't get a fourth season out of it.

Tonight, I'll finish another rewatch of The Orville, since I'm almost done with the last episode. After that, I'll probably resume my rewatch of Doctor Who with "The Unquiet Dead". We'll see.

Today, 62 years later, I again remember that day as an 11 year old in San Jose, California. The weather was similar to todays, a dark ominous overcast. I remember the crazy panicked school kid comments, and going home to the TV coverage. Here are 4 simultaneous photographs of that moment in Dallas.

#Television shows you really should take the time to watch.

#323 - The Orville (2017-2022)
Seasons: 3
Episodes: 36
Main Cast: *see below*

Someone saw GALAXY QUEST and thought that the show-within-a-movie should exist, and here we go.

Great characters, awesome comedy, surprising drama.

They don't perceive how this story always ends.
I commend *Orville* for not flinching from the brutality of the moment when the robots murder their human abusers.

Copilot and Meta AI both say The Orville has officially been renewed by Hulu and the fourth season began production in January. That's just another example of the failure of AI, because it hasn't and it didn't. It's just a rumor that's based on a throwaway comment that Scott Grimes made once.

If you're in a Trek mood, then The Orville will definitely not disappoint you. Season 1 is good, season 2 is better, and season 3 is storytelling at its finest.

Yes, do yourself a favor and watch the rest of The Orville. If you've seen only the first season, you will enjoy season 2, and you will love season 3.
