ME LOOKING AT THE ANIMATION INDUSTRY. We have to be EXTREMELY careful with what we post and the expectations behind the work we do. All of this can unintentionally lead to scope creep in our jobs AND lead younger artists to set even crazier expectations! ESPECALLY if we're established!
