Especially important during the holidays: Your reader is living paycheck to paycheck. Asking them to support you, too, is a losing pitch. However, these same folks will HAPPILY subscribe to things that bring them joy. Your Patreon should be pitched as a small indulgence — not an economic obligation.
ComicLab advice: Nobody wants to support you.
