I work with trees, often at construction sites, which have a 7-3 work day. My kids and I bike to school at 6:30, often in the dark. We have bike lights and reflective gear. We roll to the edge of the drive, look left, right, and say together, “We’re brave, we’re strong. We ride at dawn.”
