A federal judge denied requests from Epstein survivors, including Lisa Phillips, as well as a bipartisan team of Rep. Massie & Rep. Khanna, to appoint a special master to oversee the release of the Epstein files. However, the judge also invited Congress to sue the DOJ over the matter.
