It feels like I’m about 2 weeks out of needing an inpatient stay and 4 weeks out of being able to let go of the major cause of it. Pray to the math gods I guess that those numbers fuckin reverse or something. Or that I figure out a way to get out sooner without fucking everyone else over

Packing for the state fair in my 30s: sun shirt, sun hat, 2 kinds of sunscreen (stop at Walgreens to get more), corn bandages, custom fitted tennis shoes, refillable water, caffeine, and ibuprofen

I guess the best way to humble yourself is to go find a personal trainer who specializes in hypermobility and then find out exactly how much of your “strength” is cheating through hyperextension (hint: it’s a lot holy shit)

My uncle died this morning, and we weren’t too close so I wasn’t really expecting to be all that affected, but I wasn’t ready for the steel chair that is seeing my mother grieve the loss of her brother
