🚨 Texas House Rep. Brent Money has introduced the first total ban on gender affirming care for all trans people in Texas. This is an unequivocal ban affecting all trans people by removing amending the existing ban on trans youth to apply to adults as well.

NEWS: In USDA, multiple people have been asked to report the names of LGBTQ employee resource group leaders to higher-ranking officials, according to interviews with workers and a document reviewed by Mother Jones.

In the challenge to the State Department's anti-trans/anti-nonbinary passport policy, plaintiffs filed their preliminary injunction motion on Tuesday.

The hearing on the PI request will take place at 1 p.m. March 14 in Boston before Judge Julia Kobick, a Biden appointee.

The National Park Service eliminated references to transgender people from its Stonewall National Monument website on Thursday, which now only refers to those who are lesbian, gay and bisexual.
