I apparently have a knack for playing ongoing games with playerbases that Can Not Be Normal. Dead By Daylight, Tekken 8, FFXIV...it's just this perpetual cycle of anger at the developers meshed with a seeming reluctance to take time off to mitigate any burnout.

Catching up on Dawntrail MSQ and just hit the 7.2 trial. Once you get past the usual lack of "Please do the sensible thing with your Plot McGuffin" that is the WoL's forte, the story is fine. It's fine! This expansion has been nothing but wondering why people are so worked up about it.

Catching up on Dawntrail MSQ and just hit the 7.2 trial. Once you get past the usual lack of "Please do the sensible thing with your Plot McGuffin" that is the WoL's forte, the story is fine. It's fine! This expansion has been nothing but wondering why people are so worked up about it.

Rolled credits on Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, though there's still extra stuff to collect/unlock. Great game, really nails the feeling of the original trilogy. The Game Kitchen should do more action sidescrollers.

Played through "and Roger" today. Very moving, very rough to get through; does that thing very well where a narrative can be augmented via extremely simple mechanics used in a contextually savvy way. Go in blind if possible.
