It's vogue to talk about how "the Soviets actually won WW2." If not for the Ukranians serving among the Soviets, and the Lend Lease Act for that matter, they are defeated by the Nazis in 1942. The contributions of the Canadians to the Allied war effort in Europe are similarly undervalued.

There really is no reason to refer to that proposal, which was in all likelihood crafted by the Russians and sent to Trump, as a “peace plan.” It is a document of surrender prior to the resumption of hostilities. That’s it.

The release of the Epstein Files (if that's what happens) represents the hundreth-plus time that Dems/Libs got excited about consequences for Trump that he will never face. He'll never face them, and some people will never learn.
