Agreed. In my professional legal opinion, the email about Trump blowing Clinton is classic hearsay: you hear it and it's your obligation to say it to others.

Y'know, like the JD/couch thing.
The important thing is not whether the Trump performing sexual favors for Bill Clinton thing is true. The important thing is that we all pretend it’s true, and that someone asks Trump about it every day.

Don't think this is word salad. Some building regs are burdensome, increasing costs & removing units from projects. He fails to mention the reg env't created by his boss, specifically tariffs & deportations, that exacerbate the problem. Anti-urban development rhetoric from Trump also hurts

This is a 19-paragraph article to which 7 journalists contributed; it contains not a single hint that there is any impropriety in the President of the United States directing the Justice Department to investigate his political adversaries.

Theory: The planning profession and local governments, especially in progressive areas, have over-emphasized process (e.g., public participation) at the cost of positive community outcomes (e.g., housing affordability, street safety). That needs to change.

Trump's social media meltdown today is pure porn. Not just for Dems or progressives, but for anyone sentient who knows innocent people don't spend months calling something a hoax and then, in the end, claiming their enemies are complicit in the same said hoax.

Spittle and flopsweat as he types.

Democrats do have an extraordinary ability to simply accept their opponents’ favorite attacks against them as straightforward truths.
Speaking at a Texas Tribune Festival on Friday, former U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg criticized the Democratic Party for failing to reach everyday Americans, arguing that it “got sucked in” to a conversation about identity. #TribFest25

Corollary to this is that we should probably cut the number of school districts in the United States by at least 50 percent. Sorry, your exclusive little white suburb doesn't get its own school district separate from the metropolitan core.

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

This disgusting sack of shit is accidentally right that blue states are not building enough housing. Everything else he says would have been screamed by a crazy mustachioed German in 1935.
JD Vance: "One of the biggest challenges that we have in the housing market, aside from too many illegal aliens who are taking the houses of American citizens, is that in the blue states you're not building enough houses."
