Bis zum Ende des Jahrhunderts bekommen wir 1m +- 0.4m Meeresspiegelanstieg.
Aber das liegt vor allem an der Trägheit von Ozean und Eisschilden. Schlussendlich verursachen wir pro Grad Erwärmun 1.5m, d.h.
1.5 C -> ~4m
2 C -> ~5m
2.5 C -> ~6m

The State of the Cryosphere Report says that a pathway to 2C warming by 2100 unleashes up to 1200 Gt CO2 over a few centuries from permafrost thaw.

So..Either, this gets artificially removed and stored in safe storage space or it translates to another 0.7C.
This leaves 0 space for "overshoot"-CO2.

Ironically, I collaborated with several Gates-funded scientists some years ago in a study showing that climate change will potentially expose millions more in the highland regions of Africa to Malaria transmission.

excerpt from press release: "This is one of the first studies to attempt to explore how climate change might impact conditions at the local level," said Michael Mann, Distinguished Professor of Meteorology, Penn State. "The results suggest the possibility that population centers in cool highland regions could be more vulnerable than previously thought, while other equally large lowland areas might be less vulnerable. But this would have to be confirmed with more detailed modeling assessments that take into account the full suite of environmental and socio-economic factors that ultimately determine risk of malaria."
