The Justice Department’s case against James Comey is falling apart in plain sight. Lawfare’s Benjamin Wittes and Anna Bower walk through every “fact” the Trump DOJ offers—and find no lie, no crime, just political vengeance.
The Situation: Where’s the Lie?
The government’s response to James Comey’s vindictive prosecution raises one very big and important question.

“I'm from the Government, and I'm here to help.”

How about: “The US Government is experiencing an unscheduled rapid disassembly”
