I slipped on someone else’s dog poop they didn’t pick up when I was out walking the pups on the trail & went down hard on my bad knee & almost did splits from the slide..seem ok but my back, hips & neck are stiffening up. 🤬
It’s a beautiful day .. get out there but avoid the 💩.
