This made me reflect that I’d be a lot more worried if the wonderful folks I manage didn’t feel able to call me a dickhead. Frankly, a lot of the time, I deserve it.
Before everyone barges into their boss’s office to denounce them as a dickhead, I remind you that employment tribunal decisions are not binding on anyone other than the parties to the particular case. Proceed at your own risk.

Slightly lamentable performance overall in terms of car spotting for #WeirdCarBS this week in Ibiza, but here’s the best I’ve got (the E30, obvs), a Twingo (of course) and some other bits that caught my eye including a Fiat held together by rust.

Love this on the joy of musical discovery. I’d add in musical rediscovery as a deep joy - as someone with a large music collection, I sometimes “forget” what I own and then have the joy of rediscovering it!

Shaking my head reading some of the replies to this. We never debate who Finance or IT are working for… Us HR folk can be working for our companies and still be championing good things!
May I also say that having spent 30+ years in Employment Law, you'd have to sniff a *lot* of glue to see human resources professionals as doctrinaire anti-capitalists doggedly undermining the ability of businesses to succeed. Honestly, meet some.
