Few things beat the feeling of deploying code and watching the graphs drop.

If that's not enough reason to use OpenTelemetry, I don't know what is!

Very hard to teach an organization to interact as teams when they've normalized as interacting as individuals. No one even knows what they're doing wrong when they message someone privately instead of dropping a message for a team to pick up. They don't see the centralization of experience and power
