With Hollow Knight you get much more control over the healing which is where the discrepency comes from. Needing a full silk meter to heal vs needing a third of your soul to heal. It means you're in a situation where you could heal one mask and be safe, vs needing to risk a couple more attacks
Aesthetically both require 9 points of resource to heal 3 HP, both build that resource at 1 point per attack, but Hornet has baseline resource generation, attacks faster, and accesses additional resource generation options very early.

I saw people moaning that people who bought GA tickets weren't respectful towards people who bought VIP at a show and had managed to get close to/at barrier despite being GA and not VIP

Went to the ‘I’m Not Okay’ exhibition covering the 2004-09 music scene at the Barbican today

Went 3-0-2 in swiss to make top 8, where I beat Miraidon and Palkia/Terapagos to reach the final
Knew the game was about 50/50 and would last the hour so gave them the win and went home so I could make dinner in time
