One of the uses of excessive force brought to attention is when officer Linton shot a lawyer twice in the groin. LAPD denied use of force but there’s too much evidence against them to support that claim and even a judge had to issue a restraining order against the LAPD.

They pinned him face-down, punched him, & then left him seizing on the street.
When his family tried to intervene, they were shoved & threatened.
The man never touched an ICE thug.
