This is a concession by the U.S. government that its “arrangement” with El Salvador is irrevocable. To me this has to be grounds to argue that the arrangement itself is unconstitutional under the Fifth and Eighth Amendments

I’ve been off social media for several months, so long that I’ve forgotten how to post.
Also the constant onslaught of horror all around has ripped my posting guts out and I no longer find myself able to reliably generate speech in response to each new episode of horror.
