The wonderful “oracle, storyteller, cyborg, trouble-maker, activist, night owl” we loved so much closed it with:

Doing therapy virtually sometimes feels like I'm not actually doing therapy. There's something about the ritual of commuting to/from that I've built into each appointment that solidifies the act every week. Sitting at my desk to talk to my therapist, while helpful, doesn't have the same impact.
