I'm a 'keep it til the wheels fall off' kinda gal & my phone was no exception bc phones are fn expensive. But it was an S8 - several yrs old & barely functional & my Verizon service got terrible. Finally gave in & jumped on a deal for the S24 Ultra w/ATT&T & so far 10/10. But bitch is huge 😆
